Note

This week was shot to hell because of the new OEM project we took on at work. With 12 hour days I didn't have the time for a lot of the workouts.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3]

Warm up run with EJ before the Thomass and then a nice light cool-down with Mick afterwards. Nice to catch up with both of them.

Orienteering race 1:13:00 [4]

Pretty disappointed with this one. Made too many mistakes over the course to call it a good nav race. Oh well, more room to improve.

Hiking/Walking 2:00:00 [2]

Kristen and I went out to Palgrave for a fun snowshoe all over the trails. On the East side we spent most of the time breaking trail, since I knew Bent would give me hell if I ruin the pristine ski trails. This was good since it meant I had to work really hard breaking the trail and Kristen had an easier time just behind me. Crossed over to the west section for the later half and enjoyed a hike on some of the more used trails that Bash/Bent/Crash had already worked in. I must admit following some of the trails I have to wonder what you guys drink before you go out to play as many of them criss crossed the ski trails all over the place.

Cycling 50:00 [3]

One more episode to go before Jack saves the world. A lighter ride today as my legs were feeling pretty sore this morning.
