Orienteering (night-o) 1:30:00 [3]
As we hav eno team in the current tiomila we did our own "lÄnga natten" instead. I cut about 2 of the 13 km as I've had and still have the flu. Surprisingly, I did not run out of breath but my tighs started crampin every uphill after 4 km. I guess I'm getting old. Ended up almost walking the last km but the first part felt realy good.
