Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

The intention was to run an old competition course (4 km) at full speed - no mistakes with some warming up and down from and to where I left my car. Ended running at more or less the same speed all through. O-technique, post-picking and taking directions, is a bit rusty but felt easy. Would have been excellent if not for Gubbvader!!!
