After a busy and exhausting week I stocked up with a lot of sleep, chocolade and red wine. Feeling great and running was suprisingly easy. (A lot might mean something else to some people, except for concerning sleep.)
On a busy day, after putting the kid to bed, I took a late run in the dark along the slippery roads. But it actually felt good. I think we're getting somewhere. I look forward to some real training during the holidays.
