Running (road) 1:00:00 [3]

A hard surface is not good for my poor old legs.

Orienteering race 38:09 [3] *** 4.6 km (8:18 / km)
spiked:10/15c

Belgian middle race was the most intense orienteering so far this speason. Basically everything was fine but I had some problems with the vegetation borders and colors. Consequently I missed some post due to poor contour reading...

Very nice race in all

Orienteering race 1:09:42 [3] *** 8.0 km (8:43 / km)
spiked:12/17c

It felt good but I was apparently slower than I thought. The terrain was the nicest and most varying so far with moderate elevations. I had problems finding some of the flags that were hidden under the trees or down the pits. At the end I made some misstakes as I stopped concentrating but also the first real "boom" of the season.

Orienteering race 47:30 [3] *** 6.8 km (6:59 / km)
spiked:22/23c

Belgian relay champs in a forest that was way too fast for me. Navigation was basically no problem except for a momentary lapse of reason which cost me about a minute. In the event centre they served, not only beer, but three different brans with corresponding glasses, in the very Belgian way.
