Easy walk to Malè and back. Felt tired

5.5 hours in front of the TV. First time I see the whole stage of Tour the France. But not really interesting.

Today is the first anniversary of my first WOC medal ... great memories

Come back home after more than one day in hospital. Felt very well the night after operation. Now some pain because the anesthesia effect is slowly going away

Today I had the operation . A nail in my shoulder. The radiography is impressive.
