shoes: Icebugs
Got to run with the big dogs - well, they ran, I mostly walked - at the Ratlum Mountain sprints attended this year by a small but hard core. Almost no lost time per AP and finished at a somewhat better ratio time-wise to the varsity players than I usually do. Slow on the climbs as I didn't want to get wasted before enjoying the picnic. Nice to have son Dave along for the event, and he distinguished himself as griller-in-chief at the fine picnic. Thanks again to our gracious and generous hosts Charlie and Rhonda.
