Orienteering race 46:58 [4] 9.49 km (4:57 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212s

CSC final on Helsington Barrows, short Brown. Good run. Lost a bit of time on 5, 8 and 16. Maybe a total of 3 minutes lost so not a bad run. Running speed must have been decent. 2nd M20 with the 3 SHUOC boys being the main competition. Happy with this.

Rather touristy run round the roads of Edinburgh with Tim, Tam and Andy. Visited the castle, Princes Garden and Calton Hill. Run 7 days in a row for the first time ever.

Note

Boom. 7 hour, 80km week (well, Sat - Fri). I promise this is actually my training.

FWTN. Really good course and just cruised it. Excellent 15th caught me out so lost time. Few other hesitations by not being able to see where my next control is. Great fun.
