shoes: inov8 oroc 340

bowden housteads middle distance, ran blue. 3rd, 1st lady :-)
good run, a 30s error at #2 due to not reading the compass. recovered well, and pretty clean after that, but managed to get stung by a wasp on the bum... major painfulness and shouting. ow ow.

dropped off at the end of the track and cycled in from there rather than being driven the whole way. nice weather :-)

we deconstructed a stone wall and removed some rhodedendrons. rather, tried to. they're as had to saw apart as they are to run though!
so tired, but in a good way :')

knackered.
we constructed a barb wire fence today - working outside all day in a field that was full of brambles and nettles. i guess it was a bad idea to wear shorts, looks like i've been orienteering... ha!
