4th. odd running in moor after training in forest for a week, few mistakes but aint really fussed

Orienteering race (Middle Distance) 37:16 [4]

last day race - moor of alvie and speybank.

good race, few small mistakes, biggest one 30secs. about 1-2 mins on the whole course.
really nice area, i remember it from lagganlia :)

warm up for intervals, crazy heat

led by sarah hague. felt really bad and lagganlia was there on the rings when we had to do drills etc and it was reaaallly hot.

did half of the first interval and i could already feel my chest going and i felt sick and dizzy so sat out.

cairngorms day 1 - battan
we had a race and it was basically well physical. i messed up #1 and tried to compensate by trying to run fast then burnt out and walked.
