Leg swelling yet to decrease and starting look like there is muscle damage too. Certainly hit the hard ground hard, perhaps a lump of embedded sandstone.

Dead leg- took 2.5 mins to get up/down 3 flights at work, better than y'day. Thought I would be worse today.
