1. 2mins, aiming off uphill until seeing wall to drop onto. Didn't see there was an earlier wall!
7. 15s was looking for it on S foot not W foot of spur.
40m short of 11, fell heavily (large brashing) going downhill and took diving flyer onto hard uneven ground. L thigh, forearm & little finger (wrapped round bike garmin) took impact. Nothing broken but blood thinners fuelled the bruising.
Annoyed as after 1 my navigation was clean and moving well given very physical terrain. HR even higher than BOC.
