Orienteering 34:57 [3] 3.7 km (9:27 / km) +20m 9:12 / km

Wellington College - SN - Short Green - almost perfect (no pink on winsplits even at 20s/15%). No injury again!!!
4 - headed almost all the way to locked gate 1.00! (like many others never thought this was a trap)
5 - RC needed a magnifier at home to see tiny gap at home - 10-15s.
8 - RC 5s.
10 - stopped 5s, temporarily disorientated (only "real" error). Still fastest.
19 - RC south quicker, eyesight again - 5s.

Good course, had to concentrate from 4 until the end. 60% forest, 40% urban.
Physically struggled over last 10 min (30s plus dropped), still drained from sickness bout.
Pleased with O and pace judgement which was level effort throughout.

Loads of stretches, little jogging as wasn't sure how I would run.
