SE Middle - Norbury Park
Did 3 controls without errors, pulled my right hamstring (within muscle) on the way to 4 and retired after walking on a minute just in case it got better.
Did my standard warm up, except for hamstring stretching, which is as much about loosening my back and assisting striding out. So much for avoiding the SN handicap race to avoid over doing it!
