Note

Got cramp in right big toe in the night and the only way to get rid of it was an odd strettch of the whole of the right side of the body from heel to shoulder. Not only did it sort out the cramp I managed to get my sacialilaic/pelvis joint back in place too. Iit appears pelvis/abdominal/groin/back/neck problems are largely caused by tight hamstrings/adductor/glutes on right side. Fortunately easy to add to daily routine starting in February.

Note

Chiropractor visit - the usual problem, should have seen him earlier but too much going on. Hoping one visit will be enough.

Note

I spoke to an 82 year old who met through work and he told me he'd been in a serious plane crash just off the Hankley Common map in August. Amazingly after the plane struck the trees at over 100 mph and fell 65 feet upside down he "only" suffered 7 broken vertebrae including his neck. I asked him if he was now able to walk again and he said he was now walking 5 miles a day, uses his scooter most days and has restarted flying again. Made my day!

Pictures of the mangled plane are below.
