Frimley Fuel Alloments - Ran 90% of course. Shadowing and watching C failed through lack of pre-planning. Great technical course on a 1:5000 map.
R quad, felt sore enough after to suggest there is micro tear.

Club Social Ride - Milford-Blackheath (via Tuesley)-Shere(cafe 11 miles)-H St M-Ewhurst-Wonersh-Milford
18 turned up, group kept regrouping and splitting for those who wanted the hills (not me). More pacy and flatter after cafe.
Good social ride and decent pace too, just what the "doctor ordered". Ought to do more of these and do specific training in the week

Windmill - checking & waking up controls (walking 90%-run equivalent). Another beautiful day. Everything looked perfect in & out of the forest when I left to pickup C.

Merrist Wood - SN Sprint Relay
Was going to watch and instead shuffled round in casual work clothes. Missed 3rd loop when thighs started to tighten up.
Wasn't planning on running through the summer, but C wants to go to SN training, which will enable me to keep running muscles active through the summer .

Milford-Crondall-Turgis Green-Old Basing-S Wanborough(cafe)-Bentley-Frensham Pond-Milford Mod Ride
Skipped Charterhouse Hill and met with group at Crondall. They were shifting, and any hill had me up at TH, so told them to carry on w/o me from cafe at 36 miles. Only 23 miles with group, at maybe 2 mph quicker.
Had no legs today and was cramping up everywhere after cafe so stopped a few times. Not enough recovery time b/w rides and poor nights sleep. Worried today might have done more damage than good!

Harries short loop, with wu to Milford & wd to Milford to make it up to 30 plus.
Rode with Sheena for 90%, which was a 10 beats slower pace. Milford loops considerably faster. Making good progress this week.

Dunsfold-Ewhurst-Drungewick-W Chiltington-RSPB(cafe)-Coldwaltham-Riverhill-Dunsfold
Group ride left early(!), so missed them at pre-planned 5 mile point, grrrh! Waited for 15 mins. Then was determined to ride at well above group pace to make a point and make sure I saw them at the cafe. 28 miles out at 17.4 pace with slight tail wind, 19 hilly miles back at around 15.
Fab route, best I've been on. Pleased with pace. Fitness progressing nicely.

Saw chiropractor - Much delayed appt. Easier to fix than usual, which was surprising after some back crunching MTBO and two low speed road bike falls. Must restart pilates exercises, now I'm sorted.
