Swimming 20:00 [3] 0.8 km (25:00 / km)

600m with and 200m without wetsuit. Concentrated on catch and significantly faster. Did 4 x 100 off 2.30, av 2.10. 11.3 degs.

Swimming 20:00 [3] 0.8 km (25:00 / km)

Lido - 11.5 degs. 600m with and 200m without wetsuit. Not much warmer changing (minus 1 with windchill). Swimming stronger than last week. Had the novelty of moving lanes twice due to slower swimmers.

Lido - 12.8 degs. Felt unusually tired this morning. Shocked at 9.52 for 400, breathing slightly tight as well. Did 100 wd, got out and did another 100 without a wetsuit that should get the endorphines flowing!

Orienteering 42:31 [1] 3.2 km (13:17 / km) +125m 11:07 / km

Hindhead SN Schools League. Orange, most technical I've done and only walking. Lost 60s on 4, 20s on 5, 4 min on 11. Apart from 4, all eyesight related (no glasses). 44 for second place, much too far, optimum route for novices 50% further. I enjoyed it and getting annoyed at myself for cocking it up. Calf issues afterwards despite walking, albeit in heather. Hopefully OK to go swimming tomorrow.

Swimming 19:35 [3] 0.8 km (24:29 / km)

800m with stops. 400m - 9.32, 800m - 19.35. Aimed for 20.00. Similar to last week with pauses rather than stops and a couple of 100s.
