Farley Heath - Blue Course - 5.9k
Had a 48 hour ECG holter monitor fitted y'day, timing well with today's O.
Even better, by coincidence I felt rubbish after 25mins after initially feeling quite good, which may useful feedback. Lacked strength and energy. Walked perhaps 3%. Shoes & achilles much better after making sure they were looser than usual.
Technique also deteriorated and fell into the planners traps! Bracken had sprung up from nowhere.

Been lazy of late, slowly warming up after starting which does not always go smoothly.
