Had a 48 hour ECG holter monitor fitted y'day, timing well with today's O.
Even better, by coincidence I felt rubbish after 25mins after initially feeling quite good, which may useful feedback. Lacked strength and energy. Walked perhaps 3%. Shoes & achilles much better after making sure they were looser than usual.
Technique also deteriorated and fell into the planners traps! Bracken had sprung up from nowhere.
