MLS Tweseldown - Blue Course - 3 x 2.1k loops
Just 15s when overshooting control and the odd hesitation and short cut that didn't pay off.
Planning could have been more imaginative with all the loops heading out the same way, otherwise a good wet run out.
Area around R shoe top sore to the point of slowing me down. Mix shoes and loosen laces ASAP when shoes feel tight.
Need to mix training up if I can, as running is getting ploddy and legs are lacking strength. That said, O is the variety together with the long walk/shuffle.
