Note
slept:8.25

First good sleep for 5 nights.
Feet very swollen after drive back and no better last night either. Perhaps I need compression socks after these events when driving back.
L hip bursa worse than before weekend.
Thigh hematoma no worse and supporting muscles feel stronger.
Far better walking downstairs than usual, though far less descent and virtually no running this time.
