Ben Lomond (6th munro possibly?)

The Project Supervisor had mentioned doing this whilst working at Erskine Bridge - this seemed a good opportunity close to midsummer.

Went up the Ptarmigan path and back down the tourist path. Didn't take any food or water and it was hot hot hot!
Largely kept moving other than a few stops for photos (tried to limit to one per km!) Struggled on the final steep ascent.
Amazing views and only a couple of others on the top seemed quite quiet given the weather.
Tried to take it easy on descent to protect quads but that didn't seem to work - stairs were a problem for the following couple of days!

Only downside was my cool down in the loch when I forgot my phone was in my pocket......
