Came down with some viral issue yesterday and felt generally wiped out. Watched the longer Barkley Marathons movie last night and then went to be early. Apparently between the diuretic sassafras thickener in the spaghetti sauce and my mind running various parts of Barkley's, I got a really cruddy night of sleep in about 12 segments.

Still, felt slightly better upon waking, and better again after eating, so A and I went on a longish run at a very slow pace. Breathing was not bad but taking in the oxygen from each breath was a chore. Monon to Marrot trails with various loops and home by the Y.
