Lanzertiergarten loop on Natascha in 1.30.21 4' down on PB. VERY muddy in usual spots + bottom of. Big downhill and across streams.. Strong start 6.20", 19.20, 27', 33', 41.30, 53' Tired after yday and little dehydrated at the end as hot day 26oC 2nd PR on Laaber Strabe 16 climb in two days Nice!

Frankental Loop first time on Natascha NEW PB 1.17.47" which is 3.5' better than previous PB on April 10th and HR is equal at 139. 6.20 19.20, 31.30 Lovely sunny day and new PRs on Laabe Straabe and Meadowclimb and 2nd best on Dorotheerwald. Well down on Kaufberg due to chain prob and spinning out. Great day and Great ride! Very pleasing!! Part bike but part rest.

Ride at GlenTress Up Janets Brae new PB on Whyte 25.30" to Buzz nest. 1' faster than after last Nepal trip. Surprising as tired. On up to top of SpookyWood climb then down Enduro to hydro. Nice dry trails and fun though shoulder on downhills not great.
