Frankental Loop-better conditions and fast ride esp after Elite race yday-Power sessions working NEW PB 2' faster than Dec 16th and worse conditions but much better heart rate-avge 12bpm better and max 8bpm better 6.10", 19.40", 27.03", 33' and 52'30" to meadow so last section 1.40" faster! some mud and had to dismount twice on That Hill due to muddy spin out-rode it in Dec so conditions today stickier than Dec. New PBS on Dorotheerwald climb and Wittgenstein climbs but not That Hill due to mud. Pleasing perf! Beautiful day and late night partying last night too-secret is not too much drink! :) Good weekend :))

HUN Cup at Tata rode H21E in Long race winning time 84' maybe 3' of pauses inc one overshoot at last control. Muddy and hard and was 5th in small field but good hard training session.
