5x6min reps Bukhit Batoh Hill. First for a long time and despite heat and tired after had a good session 3rd best ever. Was 6" faster per rep when I did it with K before Bintan 2 years ago but PB 16" faster the week before in 2013.

TT Hume Park to Kranji for last time-not totally flat out as evidenced by HR but ok 45.59" 3.25" off PB just before TdeB in 2013. Started off tired after yday and 35 mins ride uphill to Hume before starting so ok. 20.18" to pitstop corner
