Two reps of Crying Mile 1:2000 20c 15 second pressure start training race. Great fun -v hard!

Middle Distance WRE event. Byklobe Bornholm great fast sand dune area. Two misses-parallel errors lost 4 mins total 7th again.

Long Race M50 Danish MTBO Camp 13.2k straight 1.34.19 11th overall but M20 amd M60 on same course so 6/7th in M50. Almindingen-good area about 4mins errors-mainly overshooting. missed opt route to 1 but was = to winner on that leg. Good tempo from start-just need to keep it going longer. 29er would have helped today. Winner 1.24.09 Walter Rahm. *' down on Stodge and Stuart N. Main errors 6 slight overshoots of tracks and had to U turn. No big errors + 1.5 mins mech with front wheel 2-3.

Road ride to Stangau and then new loop via Gruberau. down to Bretfurt. Windy and cool but lovely ride and great new loop. Out and back via Lantzertor. Riding time 2.08 new PB on new Loop.

Relatively easy s/track ride with Iain around St Vietortor woods-lots of new interesting tracks around woodland football pitch/running track! This place just gets better and better.
