Great ride with Liam at Glentress. Hard effort and snow at the top though not on trails. Great to ride with Liam-not for a while. Muddy and cold and windy at top so no 360o's at the top! :) Great ride. Up Janets Brae 28.5' up to Spooky and then down and up strack to Buzzards Nest and down Zoom and then to Hydro. River very full after ydays heavy rain.

Early morning run in Vienna. Very icy so stuck to the roads. Getting a little better after each run but still slow. Last 400m of Sat run felt almost like running LOL
