Fast ride on Frankton trail around Lake wakkatipi and ride around strack at Jardine Park

Run at Queenstown along lake front from Rees resort 7.7mins/km so pretty pathetic but only 5th run back so making progress but knee and hamstring not good. Hard work but will get better.

Ride on K2W from Kinloch out and back to Waiparo Bay-beautiful strack lovely day. Went hard 4 for most of it and warmed down for last 15mins
