Same ride as yday but faster around 1.20.00 Could be standard loop from now on for race duration hard. Uphill through woods then onto Lanziertor out to woods, at junction 26' onto strack downhill. across field up road and strack uphill through wood, wee loop around buidling and back down to strack to road, left to track uphill then strack through woods back to junction and return on outwatd paths/tracks..
