Note

Changed metformin formulation to normal tabs as run out of slow release and completely "draining" experience overnight! No energy for biking. Washed out following day too. Need to avoid that in future! Might have gone easy around MTB hash but torrential rain and thunderstorm-Shock and Awe! Lunch at British Club with biking crew instead.

RTI" Singapore Only Mike and Paul-so very fast and left me for dead after jet lag! Took wrong turn in Tampines but Cut out both stops so 72 miles non stop steady which wasn't bad. Cooler day between storms!
