Roadbiking (Hill Intervals) 55:00 [5] 6.0 mi (9:10 / mi)

Hill Intervals Bhukit Batok 5x4mins repeat 6mins x=3.59" So slower than Thursday but after hard weekend! At least I managed 5! Somewhat in doubt halfway up the first one but stuck it out! Completed the task and its about training effect not Times.
