5x4min Hill Rep's at Bhukit Batok. Felt v tired at start and thought might not even manage target five but x=3.51" so better than earlier in week when fresher. 2nd best session on the Bukhit Batok hill ever, despite tiredness.

Hill Intervals Bhukit Batok 5x4mins 6min reps Good effort after cold and disturbed night much better than last week x=3.52" More in saddle today. Second best session ever only 8" per rep off best.
