Turbo in Lviv L4-6 18.0k in 30' so new PB Work probs so less training 18% improvement on distance in 30' in two months-MTB last week helped!

Ukrainian Sprint O Champs Lviv-1st place in M40+ class! Clean fast ride in flat well pathed forest-lost 30 seconds at wrong finish! Great ride! My mins/km would have won Women's Elite just ahead of Christina-Womens National XC Champion!
