Day 5 Czech 5 day Middle Race-partially free order. Pulled up from 20th overnight to 16th-quite a few disq today as guys missed a control-9.3k direct. Lesson Use pen and Spend time planning at start for free order. God final day so best placing at 16th (lots of disquals with free order!) Just beat Stuart so progress and pulle up to 16th overall!

Czech 5 Day Day 4 Long Race 14.8km 111.22 + 42.07 Two mistakes riding too fast downhill and missing turning again 5' and straight route choice rather than round on long leg 8' Larger field again as WRE so 31st

Day 3 Czech race 6.9k 52.17 +17.20 Best ride of week 3' error on way to last. Larger field as German Cup Final and first WRE so 28th

dont ride too fast downhill and miss a turning!

Sprint Race-really a shortened middle made a 6' mistake at no 2 +18.42 5.4km Disappointed but riding better-knee sore 27th dropped 7 places with error!

Day 1 Czech 5 day 9.1k 15c 20th position but 30' down on leader Only 4' errors but slow riding
