RTI inc biking to Clementi pick up and back from sports stadium. 3.35 for RTI section TT down Changi straight at 11.37 which was good during long ride. V hot!!

Gentle 7km/hr treadmill run under Leonards supervision but cyst treatment yday appears to have worked! Lots of walking lunge today and no problem but some soft tissue/tibial wobble at extreme leg extensions. Great to be "running" again though!

Kranji fishing village and back Fast out and steady back NEW PB on way out 46.51" 1'.26" better than Tuesday's previous PB after days rest and cyst remediation. Knee felt better but hamstrings tired after dumbell walking lunges and leg presses two hrs earlier. Quite hot so good time. RTI tmw!

Appt with Dr Lee on gaestronemicus "tear" got Usound and not gastro at all as a problem behind left knee but two independent cysts-one a fluid filled Bakers cyst-duly drained of 20mls of fluid on the spot! Could refill but on inner side of L Knee. Other was more of a problem a Nueroma cyst pressing against nerve 7 mm which he injected with LA and cortico steroid. MRI from NZ showed 7mm presence then. So hope to get back to running soon!

Easier ride but got harder-quite hot. Kranji at 90% effort 53' Kranji straightx2 then up Mandai to reservoir layby Upper Upper Pierce and back

Good run to Kranji fishing village NEW PB 48.17". Then up and down Kranji straight back via Mandai, Upper Pierce reservoir and Upper Thomson. Didn't feel great before I started but good effort esp to Kranji as v positive split as started out slow 3.29.00" Extra Kranji straight too!
