walk (road with Darcy) 1:17:59 [3] 3.49 mi (22:21 / mi)

Darcy and I got our 2nd shingles shot and it left me feeling wiped out. I was achy and tired. Still went for a slow walk around the school.

Other (raking gumballs) 20:00 [1]

spent a little bit of time raking gumballs.

Run (road) 37:10 [3] 4.48 mi (8:18 / mi)
shoes: Addidas Ultraboost 20 2020

Rt 175 + Severn Road.
Felt very lethargic. First run outside (other than orienteering). My legs felt fine but my cardio was very tired. I guess I have been running too easy on the treadmill and not pushing it enough.

Orienteering (blue) 1:32:10 [3] 6.25 mi (14:45 / mi)
ahr:142 max:158 shoes: VJ Falcons 2019

I wasn't fast but consistent. I started just before Glen P who was doing red. We compared the first few controls to make sure weren't starting too close together. His #2 was my #8 . We had to run by #8 on the way to #2 and I got so focused on it that I started going to it. I was 1/2 way up the hill before I realized I was a bonehead. I got off on one other control but didn't lose much time. One other route probably wasn't optimal but I executed it the way I meant to.
There was a lot of side hill running and it was slick out. I took some longer routes to avoid some of the side hills when I normally would have gone straighter.
