Back still sore but didn't affect my run. Except for one mistake I did ok navigationally but was just too tired to run hard. I had to walk more than I should have. I had one of the later starts and the woods were empty.

Strained my back 2 hours before my start. This changed my strategy from run hard to run easy. I ran easy being careful of my back. this took a toll on my thighs as I putting more work on them in order to favor my back.
Running slow may have helped me. I was fairly clean out there if not fast. I was happy with my run.

I played much better. We still lost all three games but I did well.

I played well. I scored a goal and had some other good shots. My team still lost though.
