Office Picnic. spent some time playing Frisbee, some time playing softball. No volleyball time which I hoped for.

Except for a bunch of bad serves, we played well. We were just outclassed. We lost all three games.

We actually made the playoffs. First time in several seasons. We played the first place team who was just much better than us (for numerous reasons). We lost 9-2. Once we were down more than 5 points we got an extra person and they still outscored us (which isn't surprising the way our midfield plays).

Felt pretty good considering I orienteered yesterday. I had a late lunch so wasn't sure how far I would get before getting a side ache or bathroom issues. I actually did the whole run without anything serious. I did stop for a 30 second stretch in the last mile but was fine after it.

My goal was to keep moving and avoid unnecessary delays. I did walk a bunch of hill but tried to get the flow and cut out hesitations. I think most of my hesitations were because of things hidden under the course lines/circles. I was pretty clean orienteering even if I wasn't fast.

Ran 5.18 miles.
