Very sore after the race yesterday. Darcy was going for a walk so I went for an easy run. It was getting dark so I wore by Petzl which was good because it was totally dark by the time I finished.

ThanksGiving Turkey Chase 10K in Bethesday.
I would be happy with any time faster than 9 min/mile. I started with the 8 min/mile group (beginning of the 2nd wave).
After I got by the first few slow people I was able to run my speed. I don't know what the first mile split was as I didn't see the split marker. Most of the first 3 miles were down hill. I ran easy on this using my full stride. I was steadily passing people. The next three I miles I slowed down on the uphills and people passed me. Last mile I was tightening up in the calves and hamstrings.
