Fairly clean run. Just not very fast. Given the terrain, course was much easier than It could have been. We have major terrain features to navigate by instead of the empty hillside.

Today was our double header. We were playing the two worst teams so it should have been a cakewalk. We won the first match easily. The second match was very different. The team had all new players. I don't know what they did with their other players. The new players were very good. Too good for our league. We won the first game because they will still getting their act together. We lost the last two games. We had only lost one game all season and to lost two to some new team the last game of the season wasn't fair. Next week is the playoffs.

I started off in half position and scored a goal early. From there my team got better. We won easily.

My left Calf is still sore so I decided to bike instead of run. I haven't biked in a long time. It was very hard to get started. After 15 minutes I didn't notice it so much. Watched Castle on TV.
