Did the middle distance race. A lot of climb so good I didn't do the long. I did ok on the first loop. 2nd loop I was just too tired so I walked a lot.

Semi final playoffs. I am all healed so looking forward to a good game. We played one of th teams I don't like because one guy cheats. He cheated again. The ref didn't do a good job of calling the game so the other team and some us got away with a lot. We ended up loosing 5-2. I played ok. I was too tenative the first half and better the 2nd half.

1.5 warm up before the game and rest after the game. Ran slower after becuase I was jogging with a team mate.

Wed Training with Eddie, I forgot the my watch and hadn't previously hung streamers. The first part of the course and woods were nice. The 2nd part the stilt grass was too high so I just walked. I was out almost 2 hours total. for the 7K course plus the extra bit back from the finish.
It rained hard and lightning was serious concern.

First outdoor game since my injury. I was a little worried how kicking the ball hard would feel. I favored my good leg as much as a could. It was a little sore initially but felt good the 2nd half. We played a good game and tied 0-0. We had opportunities to score but couldn't finish it.
