Orienteering 31:00 [1]

Me navigating Phil on the Mobile-O. Totally counts as training because man is it hard to come up with ways to describe what direction somebody should run in, "run that way towards the rock" doesnt quite give enough detail when you are in a field of rocks

Apart from some minor confusion about contours (my fault) we did good I feel!

Orienteering 27:00 [4]

My course with Phil navigating me. Is actually pretty tiring as you have no reason to stop and read your map- because you dont have one. Way more successful than I thought it would be!

east rock running, went on some new trails by state st which were pretty nice, nobody else out as always.

told myself if I ran for 70 mins I would cook myself pancakes for breakfast. good motivation :) mmmm

got up at 6.30 all ready to go running, it was pouring down outside, 1 degree above freezing and dark. was a wimp and hid back under the duvet for the next hour, realised it wasnt getting any better so flagged and ate breakfast with the cats instead. grr

Have decided this Yoga teacher is the best. she doesn't go overboard voodoo, lets everyone go at their own pace and is a nice person. if only more were like her

Intervals! Yay! Not nearly as cold as last week which was nice.

Felt pretty good, there was another runner on the track so motivation to keep up some pace
