Sprint One: Long
It was a forest/park sprint- didnt really feel like I was navigating fast enough to sprint properly, and the lack of proper speed work training recently could definitely be felt.
Control 15- took a ridiculous route straight through a tree that had fallen down. not intelligent. and fairly painful.
Orienteering 24:00 
Short Course- Sprint number 2. Dropped my ecard on leg 4 and had to spend about 2mins trying to find it on the pile of leaves i was running through. not so good route choices at all, I got really cold at the beginning and never really felt like i was running properly.
i was wearing some new tights I had bought with me and they just kept falling down the whole time!! ahhhh so ridiculously annoying for something so small
Orienteering 27:00 
Final sprint- much better than the rest!! I finally felt like i was running again and I caught up to the 3 people ahead of me in the Chasing start so that felt good.
Orienteering 55:00 
Nite- O on Mt Thom (Mt. Tom?)- not sure what it is actually called
Very cold, i was wearing too many layers to begin with so had to strip down a bit during the race. cut off early as was tired. gave myself a fright by running into a tree.
