Orienteering 1:28:23 intensity: (13:19 @1) + (24:56 @2) + (38:44 @3) + (10:52 @4) + (32 @5) 5.04 mi (17:32 / mi) +221m 15:26 / mi
ahr:121 max:164 weight:175lbs

ROC at Powder Mills - Red Course
Mostly just slow due to lack of running conditioning and yesterday's effort and general blah feeling from the Lyme disease. A few mistakes:
- C4: lost almost a minute going to the wrong part of the stream
- C6: lost a couple of minutes climbing too high
- C8: lost almost 3 minutes fooled by a downed tree that I thought was blocking the trail across the marsh
- C12: lost almost 4 minutes - but here I am going to say the map does not reflect reality here as the trails do not line up as depicted on the map

Fun course, just wish I could run these days.

BFLO Meet at Knox State Park - Orange course (park doesn't really support more advanced). Don't know the real time yet as the download station was not working and I forgot to bring my Garmin.

Note
weight:176lbs (sick) (rest day)

Day off as still not feeling great - headache and back and hip pain on the right side, which is unusual.

Jog / walk after arriving in Orlando - heat index was safely over 100 degrees so it was a struggle. Then after I showered, I discovered last week's tick bite had developed into lyme.
