2 song jog / 1 minute walk from the house we rented for the weekend, tucked away in a cove off another cove at the north end of Buzzard's Bay. Started out with sore hips and almost walked after one song, but got better as I went along. Nate told me about some trails that I found, so went longer than I planned (5 miles instead of 4) as I did some exploring.

RBC ride from Dryer Road. More friendly than last time as there were about 12 riders in the main group that would spread out then pause and regroup. Until the last 4-way stop sign when 6 or so guys blew through while I slowed down and I was not able to catch back up. For some reason my Edge turned off in the last half mile, but I was also wearing my Garmin watch to get the full route.

Stopped at the canal on Edgewood on the way home from work and did the jog 2 songs + walk 1 minute thing. Went out on the unpaved south side of the canal and came back on the north side with a nice detour through Meridian Park.
