Watching Luke win the 400 at RPI in 49.06, running all alone. Unfortunately, a while later he ran the 200 and had a hamstring injury that sent him to the ground and probably ended his season, which is very unfortunate because he was on a great trajectory, with a chance to qualify for nationals in either the 400 or 800.
He's had a great year now that Covid stopped shutting stuff down and I'm looking forward to him running at UR for grad school next year.
Took the day off as I was too cold after going to the Schroeder track meet on the brand new track to be able to run afterwards. The boys and girls both seem to have beaten Fairport, with the girls not bothering to run the 4x4 or 4x8.
