Fairly easy run from home after work - did the traditional 4 mile loop. 2 song jog / 1 min walk. On first one I walked at the mile mark, before the second song ended. Outside of left hip suddenly became sore near the top of the hill on Five Mile Line - was able to finish with just some discomfort but was limping around the house later in the evening.
