Slogged it around, legs tired and same old feeling of not be able to push on, tight chested.

Early start made this time look acceptable in comparison to others results, it actually wasn't and was really struggling around the last part of the course.

Stable nav until I missed out a control, just could not work out what I'd done because none of the map made sense. Turned out I was navigating a leg ahead so I just spent like 90 secs running around trying to make the map fit until Sasha came along and I just continued with him to the control i though was on the right leg. Made sense at the finish.

Felt a bit bad towards end of course but the main problem was here is i'm no sprint speciallist like mikey A; far too many mistakes.

Easy run with Ali,Bash,Pea and Tam and then bumped into Katie at the end. Followed by a side order of drills and strides.

Up till two last night with serious meriod pains. Normally cook a mean Chilli but just wasn't happening last night and after one hour I had to curl up in the foetus position . Still hurt a bit this morning with some DOMS (delayed onset meriod soreness).

Managed to soak it some good Vit D, perfect weather for some Vit T but that will have to wait.

Easy jog with Callum showcasing my fresh weave on the meadows and the seat. Not getting much attention back... apart from a group of 15 year old girls at the traffic lights. Disappointing.
