All was going well, some small misses (10s) and then a miss of 4 minutes after the spectator!!! My focus just seemed to disappear this weekend :(

JEC long, won't put all of my analysis on here but a short summary:

Really good for first 35 minutes must of been top 30 here....when it went wrong, saw some i knew in the forest got a distracted, lost contact, huge miss, didn't relocate, instead panicked, rushed the next control even bigger miss! Rest scrappy and ran the rest of the course really demotivated and without focus. When it couldn't get any worse some dog tried to run after me and attack me twice, making deviate from my original route and run a long way around to avoid getting my face bit off.

Real disaster of a race, really disappointed in myself, had a good run of form and to do such rookie mistakes on an area i think I could of done well on, I blew it. Still a lot to take out from this race, and really learn from this experience instead of just putting it behind me. Also got a measure of the pace some of the top M20's are running and motivates me to training longer/faster in some of my training this year.

Went okay,some hesitations and a lot of time wasted being shit with EMIT. Need to get a lot faster 5k if I want to be good at sprint next year. Small deviation on control 44 didn't get the mapping so route was about 10s slower.
