Orienteering race 1:03:11 [3] 4.72 mi (13:23 / mi) +206m 11:47 / mi

Local meet at Nobscot. This place must have the nicest woods in Eastern Mass. The map is mostly white (real white, not New England white), and is extremely runnable.

It felt like I moved at a more normal speed than I have since my injury. It felt great being able to push some speed.

Checking the last control points for the A-Meet this fall. It should be an exciting and technical meet. The terrain is great.

Sluggish today. Could feel it from step one that my muscles would not cooperate today.

First time running on the Boston Common so that was a lot of fun. Impressed that we had e-punches today. The controls were amazingly well hidden behind features as well, so you had to know what tree you were going to.
